To address this, they have created easy-to-store gently steamed recipes that provide dogs with the nutrients they need to thrive, without requiring freezer storage or defrosting.
These recipes are perfect for travelling, or for days when it’s not convenient to defrost a usual raw meal.
Delivery:
We deliver on our own vehicle to SP10 and SP11 postcodes, whilst orders further afield are sent via Parcelforce. We currently only deliver frozen food via our own vehicle, not national courier. Delivery is a flat rate £5 charge with no minimum order value. Full details including postcode exclusions can be found here.
If ordering frozen goods you must be in to receive the delivery, we will not leave this safe.
Returns:
You have the right to return any unwanted goods up to a maximum period of 30 days after you receive the goods. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you are responsible for returning the goods at your own expense. Frozen food cannot be returned for safety reasons.
