Delivery Information
Our delivery costs are simple:
- Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery to most parts of the UK Mainland. Unfortunately this excludes the Isle of Wight, remote parts of Scottish Mainland, Highlands & Islands.
- Orders under £40 to the majority of the UK Mainland excluding the Isle of Wight, remote parts of Scottish Mainland, Highlands & Islands there is a flat rate fee of £3.95 per order.
- Orders of any value to the Isle of Wight, remote parts of Scottish Mainland and Highlands (excluding Islands) will incur a £7.90 delivery charge. Please do not blame us for this charge, the delivery company charge us considerably more than that to send parcels to these areas, we are already subsidising that cost as much as we can.
- We cannot currently send parcels to Northern Ireland or any of the Scottish Islands.

Staying true to why we started Peckamix, we still make all our bird food to order in small batches and process it all by hand. This means your bird food is as fresh as possible and hasn't been sat in a warehouse for months. This does however mean we are unlikely to despatch your order same day as we need to make it for you! Please allow 3-5 days for your parcel to arrive.
Orders are sent via APC Overnight on a next day service. We can leave your parcel in a safe place without a signature, just let us know in the comments during your order.
A 1 hour delivery timeslot may be texted to you if you provide your mobile number during the checkout process.
