The Dogs Butcher Lamb Tripe mince is a low-fat single protein boneless mince, a great option for those with intolerances, for diluting the bone content down of other minces or for feeding alongside feeding raw meaty bones to prevent constipation. Lamb tripe is a lot less fatty than beef tripe.
Lamb tripe is a low-cost option to mix with high fat minces for those who need to watch the waist line due to the lower fat content. Tripe is also easy to digest and contains natural probiotics, making it a great option for those with sensitive tummies in need of additional gut support.
The Dog’s Butcher only uses British ethically sourced meats, they do not use non-stunned, halal slaughtered or intensively farmed meats. All the poultry used is free range and meat is sourced locally to their headquarters in Devon as much as possible.
Minced using a 19mm mincing plate for a chunky texture, this Lamb Tripe mince is made using 100% lamb tripe.
We recommend feeding 5+ varieties of different proteins to ensure a fully balanced diet over time when feeding raw, with the addition of raw / lightly cooked eggs, plus oily fish 2-3 times a week or as desired. For more information on feeding raw visit our raw guide.
