Can I Feed Pinhead OatsAll-Year Round?

Absolutely, Pinhead Oats are suitable for year round feeding. The bite sized pieces make them especially valuable during the spring and summer months to support parent birds through the breeding and moult seasons.

Can Pinhead Oats be fed around pets?

Our Pinhead oats do not contain any sultanas or raisins.

Pinhead oats are a perfect bitesize option for tiny beaks, making them ideal for fledglings and smaller birds with fine beaks like the dunnock! Oats are a great energy dense source for wild birds and are a no mess no grow food.

Suitable for soft billed birds as well as other bird species and are full of soluble fibre. Due to their tiny size Pinhead Oats can be easily eaten, which is particularly important during the spring summer months when parents are extra busy feeding their young.
